History of International Conference on Climate Change & Sustainability 2026

The International Conference on Sustainable Development Goals 2026 (ICSDG 2026) and the International Conference on Climate Change & Sustainability 2026 (ICCCS 2026) were successfully held together on 08th – 09th May 2026 as a fully online conference. The event was organized by iConferences in collaboration with the International Center for Research, USA.

Held under the themes “Collaborative Action for a Sustainable Future” for ICSDG 2026 and “Transforming Challenges into Opportunities” for ICCCS 2026, the combined conference provided an international platform for researchers, academics, professionals, policymakers, and students to discuss innovative solutions and global strategies related to sustainability, climate action, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The conference featured keynote speeches, plenary sessions, research presentations, and interactive discussions addressing critical environmental, social, educational, and policy-related challenges facing the world today. Distinguished speakers and experts shared valuable insights on sustainability practices, climate resilience, inclusive development, and collaborative approaches for achieving the SDGs.

The event attracted many students, researchers, and delegates from countries around the world, creating a vibrant environment for international collaboration, knowledge exchange, and interdisciplinary dialogue.

Conference Program

Session 1 – Education, Youth & Innovation for SDGs

This session focused on the role of education, youth engagement, and innovation in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Presentations highlighted innovative educational practices, youth-led initiatives, digital transformation in education, and strategies for empowering future generations to contribute toward sustainable development. The session emphasized the importance of knowledge-sharing, creativity, and collaboration in building a sustainable future.

Session 2 – Equity, Inclusion & Social Justice

The second session explored issues related to equity, diversity, inclusion, and social justice within the context of sustainable development. Researchers and presenters discussed topics such as equal access to education and healthcare, gender equality, community empowerment, human
rights, and inclusive policy development. The session highlighted the need for sustainable solutions that leave no one behind and promote fairness across societies.

Climate Session

The Climate Session focused on the growing challenges posed by climate change and explored sustainable approaches for mitigation and adaptation. Presentations examined climate resilience, environmental sustainability, renewable energy, conservation strategies, and community-based responses to environmental challenges. Discussions emphasized the importance of collaborative global action and innovative solutions to address climate-related issues effectively

Session 3 – Sustainable Systems, Infrastructure & Policy Innovations

This session examined sustainable systems, infrastructure development, and policy innovations aimed at supporting long-term environmental and social sustainability. Topics included smart and sustainable cities, green infrastructure, sustainable resource management, policy frameworks, and technological innovations that support sustainable development goals. The session showcased practical and research-driven approaches for creating resilient and sustainable systems for the future.
